Burn your Boat

Hello all of you,long time too update my blog this time.For all of you who knows or might be not better to inform, i am in delhi from a month. And missing indore,family,friends and a special one so much.

Awake up early in the morning studies day long,take a class and sleep early in the night thats what my routine,however enjoying alot. Many a time i feel to left this and return home because of the loneliness and boredome around but than feel i have to fight somehow and not for anyone but me and my dream.

Here i am quoting some lines by john Goe:

"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, and then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings and material assistance which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. The lines written above have magical meaning.Once you understand it you are no far from achieving your goal.The meaning of above lines is blen into a single pharese by greeks "Burn your Boats."

The Greek phrase"Burn your Boat".

This get birth at the time of war when Greek army go to island(i miss the name) and burn there boats so that they will never thought of returning back without completing there task.If you are full of fear and demotivate just "Burn your boat" and become fully commited towards your goal.

To say its easy but to act always difficult.Just to commit for one goal without thinking of other options seems impractical in todays scenrio where lots of opportunity is waiting for you.But you have to remember,one cannot travel in two boats simultaneuosly you have to chose one option,and here your decision making ability challange you. And after taking one boat(career option) you should not think of any backup plan.

Many time failure occurs not beacuse you are not capable or deserving or you are not self motivated but because of lack of commitment towards your goal.

There is a story i remember at this point of time of school where a teacher ask one student to go out and bring the most beautiful flower from the garden.But you cantnot return back to same flower again Student went out wandering around and return back without any flower.Teacher ask him a reason of not bringing any flower,he explaus sir when i saw the first flower i found it most beautiful and i want to take it but then i think that may be there are more flowers beautiful than this one ahead so i left it and for flower i think the same and when i saw last flower i found the flower i saw the first was the most beautiful so i didn't bring any flower.

The same is with opportunities you found the first opportunity but we though the next one may be the best.Don't look here and there chose one which your heart says is the best for you.Remeber here i said your heart says the best not one which you get first.And after choosing it,commit for it whole heartadely and "Burn Your Boat".

How many chickens and how many rats!

On 01 sept,1931 saint James Palace London encountered second round table conference,when Dr.B.R. Ambedkar raised an appeal to make caste based census.And India first time ever counts their heads on the basis of caste.

1931 was the period of struggle.Struggle for independence,for soveriegnity,for self dependency.It was the time when indian struggle accelarated with self paced esteem.This decision of counting gives another chance to britishers and they implement successfully their 'divide and rule' policy and lag us to backfoot.

But the scenario today is totally different.We,12th largest economy of world,largest democracy which declare ourselves as social,secular state,sending missions to moon and developing with compatible rate.Prepare ourselve to count again on castes.After 7 decades of clear counting we feel it necessary again to divide the society.

Thursday's session of lower house dedicated to discuss whether it will happen or not!Opposion parties demands the caste based census on the grounds that it will clear the picture,how many chickens needs to enter the rat caste.

Does we really need this!One hand we are planning for biometrical census for the first time and other we are talking again that reserved rubbish talk.

Ok!lets suppose we need it,but how can any one confirm person say truth about his caste.Is it possible to confirm every person's caste in this largest population.Its just give them one more chance to gulp public assets behind public ass.

I can just say stop this rubbish talks and do something better,which makes us feel proud on our constituion and on our preamble.World is watching us.

And also in democracy with having good leading party there should be a good opposision.Be aware next time while voting.

Hello all of you,
Days are going well,learning lots of things this days,while teaching. Enjoying company of nice and curious persons around me.
Reading,Planning for lectures,checking assignments,taking tests,doing activities,discussing cricket keeps me busy.

Cricket reminds me, how was your IPL season?Hope enjoyed it. IPL enlarges its scope from tv to theatre, from youtube to twitter.This time tweets creats lots of news than cheer leaders.Well this talks are beyond our understandings of game cricket.We can only enjoy our fav. cricketers playing against each other. All is well as end is well. CSK wins, cheers!.

As entertainment finish cricket starts. T20 worldcup,entered in the routine.This time a new team of Afghanistan registered into ICC.Afgans who are torchered by the talibanis,listen only music of AK-47 and surround sounds of dynamites,there national heroes are Mulla Umar,bin-laden.They are now playing cricket.Making runs,taking wickets and even winning matches.

A country with 29,021,099 heads trained there 16 youngsters. Is this the addiction of this game?,or something else.
After talibanis rule,afghanistan lost most of its currency as there was no rule of taxing there,it lags a decade behind.Now cricket is there future investment as there is lots of money and passion in this game.And the way they played(against ireland), lites hope of there great future in this game.

Welcome Afganistan,to the game of cricket,to the 21st century and to the great world ahead.

For us, have to develop insomnia because there is lots of entertainment in night now onwards.After cricket world cup,Fifa WC awaits next.

"Make Haste but slowly"- Behind the horrific Massacre

Fester Lente-"make haste but slowly" was the motto guiding the roman emperor Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus as his forces fought the war that guaranteed the Mediterranean two world of peace.Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram's advisors need to whisper those words in his ears.

Horrific annihilation on tuesday by naxals at Chintalnar(Dantewada dist.) of Chhattisgarh(earlier part of M.P.) raises many questions among us.It is not first time that we are facing such a weired situation,we lost many of lives earlier also.This time we lost 75 of CRPF jawans on operation green hunt* and a policeman.

As an Indian i also have similar feelings about this massacre as you all have.But words come to me on this are not censored here so i cant express them.

Read some articles,and heard lots of news,about the lick-age in our security system,about politicians blaming on each other.I do not know whose fault is this,and where is the lick.But one thing is sure that it becomes a serious disease and medication should be done before it become incurable.

Before getting deep into its affects and results,first i like to discuss who are naxals and why they are doing so. Naxals are members of Maoist group.This are the peoples with Talibani thinking and they did not believe in Democracy.They want government in their hands.They oppose development and disbelieve in economic growth of country.They use Guerrilla technique of war.This technique was invented by 'Marathas'(Shivaji) used against Mughals and later Britishers.In this, army attacks on enemy at night time or when they are not alarmed or ready to war.

As they are people of our own country,but we not called them as 'Terrorist'.They become a challenge for government from many years.We can not treat them as we treated the attacks from other countries.We want a talk but,they only know violence.

Here i remember the interview of Mr. Chidambaram on NDTv India. When he asked,As non-violence helps Gandhiji to win over Britishers,Does it not help over Naxals? He replied: It can,but they don't want to talk.And if Gandhiji was here they will kill him rather talking.

It is very ambiguous situation,we can not attack our citizens,we can not talk as they don't want to and of course we can not grant their wishes.

Whatever it is,it is a challenge and gov. have to come over by this problem as soon as possible.

This is all from my side.I can only do in this scenario is to pray to god to show them right path.They learn humanity and lesson of Brother-hood.

Hello Friends,
Long time to see you,How are you all?I am teaching at Sushila Devi Bansal college.Enjoying experience of teaching.

April starts,with fresh energy, enthusiasm and courage.Fools making fools of others.Financial year of India starts,Budget declarations was in action now.The two good things which April bring with it is:

1.)Right to education bill 2.)Interest rates on savings per day basis.

Now by using RTE,children under 6-14 years of age have right to taking compulsory education.Passing the bill is the major step forwarded by government this year.
Education is the basic need of society to upbringing status and eradicate poverty.
The biggest challenge now is to implement bill onto a real ground.
1st April,GeetaBhawan Square,Signal Red me with my 4 friends in a car, a boy or rather say a kid of 6-7 years of age come to my window with bunch of balloons.I asked him does hi go to school.He nodded with locked lips as he did not heard the name of school before.
This incident explores the challenge which have to face by govrnment and commities and also us to implement this law.

I hereby request you all,please try to promote the importance of education and encourage young ones to go scchool and their parents to send them to school.This will help you by giving you better society to live in and better future of country.

Second,the enouncement made by RBI for all banks to put rates on savings by daily basis not monthly.It will help us and give better returns.On june 2009 RBI bring this proposal which comes into action from April onwards.Now our money has more value than before.It will also encourage people to invest money.

India has put one step further and going to become the first democratic country to prepare its National datbase by photographed and fingerprinted 1o2 Crores of population.

I Quit! v/s Al iz well

From last two days i am thinking about this incident which happened at some school in dewas a girl of 10th std committed suicide.Before committing she wrote 'I Quit' on the wall of her class and also mentioned the same reason that the pressure of teacher to complete practical file.

With her way of commiting suicide it is for sure that she was inspired by 3 idiots.No i dnt meant to say that it is all fault of the movie.But may be she focused on only that part of the movie.

In the same school after the incident when every one got disturbed and a teacher was crying,a four year old boy came to her and said "madam dnt cry,Al Iz Well",and the whole scenario changes suddenly.Every one have smile on their faces.No,no situation is not under controlled but they get some energy to fought against it.

Now the fight starts between this two phrases, 'I Quit' and 'Al Iz Wel', the boy was little late, if he said this words to her,may be she was not gone.But nothing can be done now.It is too late.

The thing which i can't understand is how any one can Quit from the situation।Why we make every situation as 'do or die'.Talk had begin from many time about this philosophy of students।And the question always arises Who is responsible for this? Like for above mentioned situation it is whose fault?.The teacher who is doing his duty,he just asked her to complete her work on time.Because he also have to answer to the management.So the fault is of management who have to run their institution,because if their results declines they have less admissions and also they have to answer parents about the performance of their young ones.Now,the fault is of parents who expect alot from their little ones. Chose any option but the answer is 'all of theabove' and 'none of the above'.

From last some years their is established a huge gap between two societies.One of literate ones and other is less literate or not even.Some parents thought there is no need to educate their children because they believe it is of no use and other thought by getting higher studies one can expect higher studies and high respect.Government is also focusing on increasing literacy rate,and for this they announces lots of schemes which motivates only economically.

We have to understand that bieng literate only we can not achieve any thing but just unmeaningful expactions,we need to get good education and focus our schemes to increase education rate.Yes,i mean it there is huge difference between education and literacy.Education brings excellence in life,and literacy just brings degree.

The question here arises is, it is not practical,to make everyone understand, and it need a fresh start again.It took 60 years to pass compulsory education bill,so to start this how many years we need is just imaginable.

Now the ball is again in our court,we students have to understand what we need.We are always adviced that take every oppportunity caomes to you,no opportunity comes again if u missed the cahnce you will be nothing in your life.I think this is wrong,life always gives you new chances to you.Nothing is sure but death so if you miss one chance be prepare for next and next.If life is game than play like sports-man spirit.

I know this time blog becomes quite longer and boring,so now i stop it here by leaving it on you to understand the rest part. And i know the people reading this know all this basics ,but guys thing is to make it understand to others.Their are lots of idiots around us.Let them understand the meaning of education.

I Am Republic

Hello Friends,How are you all?How you feels today?

Its Republic Day! ofcourse you all know this.

Radio tune patriotic songs,T.V. prepare patriotic masala,patriotic movies in the theatre,loudspeakers of various political parties on the road, and orkut profile of many of you alarmed that republic day comes.

Dont worry I am not gonna give any speech,because it never works.But some-one like to discuss something with you.He is inside me.Lets talk to him.

My soul- I want to ask all of you one question. What is your birthdate? O.K. leave whatever it may be,what do you do on that day.You celebrate it,enjoy it alot,you keep flowing happiness alaround.You also thanks to your parents to give you such a beautiful life.

And,what do you do today?Celebrations,enjoyment,and also there are some peoples who are thankful for this Republic.

(Lets first thanks them for what they gifted to us. 'The constitution committee, Report which suggest to add fundamental rights(which are your basic needs,like air,water and food) and there members,leaders of that time,persons who fought for republic independence(not just independence),many of our brothers and sisters die to add this milestone in calender and many more the list never ends.' They all are thankful.)

So is it not like your second birthday.Make this day as important as your own birthday.

Our elders always told us that you are lucky to born in independent India.And we also respect our independence.But there are certain peoples who are not happy to born in this country. They keep on blamming there country.They are not happy with what there country gave them or may be they don't understand the meaning of there birth.They always say:"Jesa abhi hai usase achcha to hum ghulam hote".They are not happy with the direction of there life.They need to understand that whatever may be the direction its all on you how you walk?Your country gave you alot,respect it and if can't return something good than better keep quite.We will do your part.

The basic thing to understand is that what is the right way to walk.Your country doesn't demand much from you.The difficult part was already done 60 years ago.

The only simple thing we can do is to just follow the meaning of our tricolor flag(saffron,white and green) and chakra (blue,24 spokes) in it.It is more than sufficient.Let remind you once .

Saffron color indicates courage,sacrifice.It says to be couragious and Always ready to sacrifice for your future,your aim,your country.

White color indicates purity and truth.It says to be pure by your heart and stand for truth in any conditon.

Green shows our relation to soil and plants.Like trees,always ready to give others without any expectations.It also indicates peace.Maintain peace by your heart,mind and in life.

Chakra denotes motion. There is death in stagnation. There is life in movement. India should no more resist change, it must move and go forward. Chakra represents the dynamism of a peaceful change.Twenty-four spokes in chakra encourage to work hard.



This are the basics of our life which are mended in our national flag, learn from it and follow it.Make yourself worth for your country.

Redefine Success

Last night when i log on to my orkut account i come to read this line :"Success is a journey, not a destination."

Then-after the word success hones me,if you write the combination of this seven letters on google you found several quotes,anecdotes,poems and definitions of success.But even i confused what success is?,and instead how to achieve it?

I then rewind my pages of life,i memories, First time i got success when i start to walk.I always dreams that one day i too walk like my elders do,sometimes i fall down but then i got success,i walks then i run.

Then i got success when first time i learn to read,first time i solved maths problem on my own,when i topped the calss,when i get merrit in board examination,when i entered into engineering college,when i clear my subjects in every semester,when i complete my projects.
And journey of success goes on and on.

Then i read "success comes to those who do hardwork for it"
But then i saw a farmer sweating but living in a hut with no gaurantee of food, i saw a man pulling hand cart, i saw a worker lifting lots of bricks on his head. They also work hard, but Are they succeed?

Then i read this:
"Success comes to those who dnt do different things but to them who do things differently."

Yes true,there are many examples infront of us who do things differently.Then i think, above mentioned experiences are not success they are just happy moments of my life and it happens to everyone.

Then what success is?

I found many rich persons who declared themselves as successful,many corrupt politicians also say they are successful,many sports persons while dancing on disco theque singing a song of success,many actors show tattoos of success on there body parts.

I again confused,then i think this story which i like to share with you all..

I tell you a short story of two friends,

Success and victory.They always live together.Where victory goes success follows her and vice-versa.They never fight and support each other every time.

One day victory was sat alone and thinks that success is nothing without me,if i left her no one respect her.She just follows me.Then why should i bear her.And she ran away leaving success alone.When success returns she did not found her friend she was sad and crying.She go to found victory everywhere.At the time of night success was walking alone,there is bunch of some boys,they are known as contreversy.The kidnapped success,beat her and use her.Success have no other choice but to follow them.
Other side victory becomes very rich,she have a big house,small family and lots of fans to follow her.She is very happy without success.Clock moves fast,days gone,months gone,years gone.
One day there was a match between India and Pakistan.Contrversy group playes a huge amount on Pakistan and they are sure to win because success is with them.Other side victory follows Indian team.India played very well,contreversies get afraid they then fix match with the Indian players and in last pakistan wins.Success remains with contreversy nad victory loses the match.She then thinks that if today success is with her she will never lost.
She planned to get success back.She prepared a replica of success and relpce it with success and fools contreversies. now victory gets the succcess back nad contreversies contains the fake success.
Victory and successs then lives happily ever after.

So,friends there is huge difference but little boundary between this two successes.Through contreversies you get success but its a fake one.True success is with Honest victory.Planned your life such that you get the real success.

There are many examples which clear this difference infront of us.To walk on path of real success is like to walk on rope hanged at hieght if you fells down you may still reach the destination but you dnt get true copy of success.

Then i decided its your Attitude towards life which can get you real success.success is in every moment ,it depends on you how you take it. Redefine your own Success

success is to Dream and till you make them real Don't Quit.

There are some words i read some where :

Hello friends, How are you all?

As i said in my last post this year will be more better. The al is well! feeling is alaround. Global meltdown almost comes to an end, Sensex reaches the peak,FII re-invests in indian market,IT sector boost up,Indian team consistently wins,Shahrukh on twitter,Amir performs on stage.
Maha-kumbh getting started in haridwar,many people drown in ganges to pure themselves or to impure the river,Lohri's celebration with Makar sakranti's charm, The longest Solar eclipse of the millenium observed on 15th. Indore's temprature downs to 8˚C.

I planned a small trip to the capital of india,ISRO conducted a written test on 10th jan in New Delhi for junior scientists. I appeared and come out with smile on face. Paper contains mathematics,english,essays,general studies,general knowledge and threw some questions on basic computers.Overall a handy paper.

I have been to Nehru Palace,known as the largest software market of Asia. The place where softwares are sold as vegetables.Than i have been to Akshardham,replica of Gujrat's temple. Akshardham(gujrat) is the largest hindu temple alover the world. Met an old friend Vishu and create some new friends, Shivam,Abhishek,Ritesh,vineet and deenanath. Short in time, i have to catch my return train.

Happy moment in Indore,Big Brother get engaged.His status has been change to commited.Met bhabhi,planning for arrangements of marriage,welcoming bhabhi in family. Days are going wel. lots of work to do.
